As the vendor’s representative we aim high to be transparent and educate our Clients on current market trends and achievable sale prices. Our Clients are presented with all the information to make informed decisions and be clear on the sales strategy. This is to prevent false promises and disappointment in the long run. We pride ourselves in strong client relationships which in turn result in repeat engagements and recommendations. Our core services being Buyer’s Advocacy we have a No Commission and No marketing fees policy for Vendors for the first month. This is possible, if a qualified Buyer can be matched. After this period the agreement transitions into a discounted rate saving the Vendor thousands of dollars.

With our Director’s extensive past experience in Design and Engineering we have an expert eye for suitable sites with development potential. Although we are not developers, we are in the position to advise before purchasing unsuitable sites to make sure what our Clients are planning to do can actually be done. Being familiar with council requirements and costs in relation to sub-division, knock-down rebuilds and renovation projects, we have the ability to be a trusted adviser. From initial feasibility to recommending the right builders for the site at Primepod it will be an end-to-end experience.
